Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Clinton). They walked away with a 59-48 win over the Union Spartans on Wednesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Dark Horses as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
Clinton found their leader in freshman Anyahs Butler, who posted 19 points. Those 19 points set a new season-high mark for Butler. The team also got some help courtesy of Henry Bass, who earned nine points.
