Basketball Game Preview: Fredonia Lynx vs. Dishchii'bikoh Wildcats

The Fredonia Lynx just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Dishchii'bikoh Wildcats at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Fredonia's defense has only allowed 26.9 points per game this season, so Dishchii'bikoh's offense will have their work cut out for them.

On Friday, Fredonia ended up a good deal behind Rock Point and lost 53-34.

Meanwhile, Dishchii'bikoh suffered their biggest loss since December 13, 2024 on Thursday. They had to suffer through a 56-28 loss at the hands of Fort Thomas. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 183rd, while the Apaches are ranked 42nd).

With the defeat, Dishchii'bikoh broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-8. As for Fredonia, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 8-5.
