Baseball Recap: Parkview Takes a Loss

Parkview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 23rd straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Buffalo Bison. The Vikings were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bison apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Holden Oliver was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with three stolen bases. Those stolen bases were his first of the season. Kooper Bullock was another key player, going 1-for-4 with three stolen bases.

Parkview's loss dropped their record down to 0-20. As for Buffalo, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-15.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Parkview will take on Central at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Buffalo, they will welcome Greenwood at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
