Latin won the last time they faced Francis W. Parker and things went their way  on Wednesday too. The Romans put the hurt on the Colonels with a sharp  18-8 win. Considering the Romans have won 11 games by more than six  runs this season, Wednesday's  blowout was nothing new.
Latin got a  massive  performance out of  Drew Lufrano, who  got on base  in all four of his plate appearances with one  home run, three  runs,  and four  RBI. That's the most  runs  Lufrano has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  John Rose, who  got on base  in four of his five plate appearances with four  RBI, two  runs,  and one  double.
 Latin  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .641. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Francis W. Parker only posted  an  OBP of  .444.
Latin's victory bumped their record up to 14-4. As for Francis W. Parker, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record  this season.
As of now, neither Latin nor Francis W. Parker have any future games scheduled.
