Marist had already won 11 in a row and they went ahead and made it 12 on Tuesday. They came out on top against the North Springs Spartans by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the War Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Marist to victory, but perhaps none more so than Grace Kipers, who had six assists and four aces. Those four aces gave Kipers a new career-high.

Kipers wasn't the only good server: Marist was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 19 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in five consecutive matchups.

Marist's win bumped their record up to 20-3. As for North Springs, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 12 of their last 14 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-17 record this season.

Marist has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Etowah on the 18th. North Springs has also already played their next match (against Langston Hughes), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
