Soccer Game Preview: Antonian Prep vs. St. Augustine

Antonian Prep has gone a perfect 4-0 against St. Augustine recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Apaches will host the Knights at 2:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

On Friday, Antonian Prep came up short against St. Pius X and fell 3-1.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between St. Augustine and TMI-Episcopal, and TMI-Episcopal kept the tradition alive. The Knights came up short against the Panthers on Saturday, falling 7-0. The loss continues a trend for St. Augustine in their meetings with TMI-Episcopal: they've now lost six in a row.

Antonian Prep now has a losing record of 1-2. As for St. Augustine, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Everything went Antonian Prep's way against St. Augustine in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as Antonian Prep made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Apaches repeat their success, or do the Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
