Meanwhile, McCook Central/Montrose came up short against West Central on Tuesday, falling 69-43. The Fighting Cougars have struggled against the Trojans recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

McCook Central/Montrose's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Viborg/Hurley, their victory bumped their record up to 12-6.
