Soccer Recap: Kolbe-Cathedral Comes Up Short

Kolbe-Cathedral lost against Newtown back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cougars came up short against the Nighthawks, falling 3-0.

Kolbe-Cathedral's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3-1. As for Newtown, their win bumped their record up to 6-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kolbe-Cathedral will square off against Bassick at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Newtown, they will face off against New Fairfield at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
