Sports Leadership & Management's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Shorecrest Prep, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Everything came up roses for Shorecrest Prep against Sports Leadership & Management in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 63-0 win.
