After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pymatuning Valley, the Windham Bombers were happy to have found some success on Monday. They came out on top against St. John by a score of 53-40. That's another feather in the cap for Windham, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

When it comes to explaining why St. John lost, one person who can't be blamed is alyssa cevera. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds. That was a full 50% of St. John's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Mickey Zheng, who scored six points along with eight assists and six rebounds.

Windham now has a winning record of 6-5. As for St. John, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.
