Basketball Recap: Mart Takes a Loss

Mart was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 44-29 to the Moody Bearcats. The match marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Mart's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Moody, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Bruceville-Eddy the next time they take the court. Mart will head out to face Bruceville-Eddy at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, while Moody will host them at 7:30 p.m. on January 10th.
