Volleyball Recap: St. Thomas Aquinas Comes Up Short

St. Thomas Aquinas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Mother Seton Setters. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

St. Thomas Aquinas' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Mother Seton, their victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

St. Thomas Aquinas wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Edison on the 5th. As for Mother Seton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Kennedy Memorial on the 5th.
