It was a good run, but Fort Vancouver unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a hard 74-59 fall against the Seton Catholic Cougars. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trappers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-55 back in December of 2024.

Fort Vancouver's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-4. As for Seton Catholic, their win was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fort Vancouver will host Stevenson at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Fort Vancouver knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Stevenson likes a good challenge. As for Seton Catholic, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Seton Catholic Cougars challenge the La Center Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Seton Catholic knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully La Center likes a good challenge.
