Baseball Recap: Somerville Comes Up Short

After flying high against Everett on Monday, Somerville came back down to earth. The Highlanders took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lynn Classical Rams on Wednesday. The Highlanders haven't had much luck with the Rams recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Somerville's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Lynn Classical, they pushed their record up to 12-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, Somerville will be playing in front of their home fans against Maimonides at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lynn Classical, they will face off against Everett at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
