After low-scoring totals in their previous four matchup, Deer Park brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Centereach Cougars on Wednesday. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Maddy Picciocchi was a standout: she earned four RBI, one run, and one stolen base. Jaylene Rodriguez was another key player, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Deer Park's record now sits at 4-7. As for Centereach, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
