Basketball Recap: Rock Creek Comes Up Short

Rock Creek lost against Lone Grove back in December of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rock Creek Mustangs took a 39-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lone Grove Longhorns.

Rock Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Lone Grove, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rock Creek will venture away from home to challenge Caney at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lone Grove, they will head out to face off against Sulphur at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
