Soccer Game Preview: Signal Mountain vs. Bradley Central

The Signal Mountain Eagles will face off against the Bradley Central Bears at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Signal Mountain has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 14 goals over their last three matchups.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Signal Mountain took on Rhea County on Friday. Everything went Signal Mountain's way against Rhea County as Signal Mountain made off with a 4-1 victory.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Bradley Central was forced to settle for a draw. They and Hixson finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Friday.

Bradley Central's goal came courtesy of Andy Gonzalez, who's now up to three this season.

Bradley Central's draw gives them a new season record of 1-1-1. As for Signal Mountain, their win bumped their record up to 2-0-1.

Signal Mountain skirted past Bradley Central 2-1 in their previous matchup back in March of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Signal Mountain since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
