Basketball Game Preview: East Beauregard Trojans vs. Starks Panthers

After both having extra time off, the East Beauregard Trojans and the Starks Panthers will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. East Beauregard will be strutting in after a victory while Starks will be coming in after a loss.

While East Beauregard didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They secured a 65-61 W over Berchmans Academy two weeks ago.

Meanwhile, Starks came up short against Singer two weeks ago and fell 57-44.

Starks' defeat dropped their record down to 13-5. As for East Beauregard, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-5.

East Beauregard strolled past Starks in their previous matchup back in November of 2022 by a score of 66-48. Will East Beauregard repeat their success, or does Starks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
