Basketball Recap: Poland's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Poland has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They received a blow on Tuesday as they fell 57-39 to the York Wildcats. The Knights were probably out for revenge after losing 54-19 to them when the teams met back in January of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Poland's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-5. As for York, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Poland will venture away from home to take on Cape Elizabeth at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. York does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
