Basketball Recap: Felicity-Franklin Falls to Georgetown in First Game of Season

Felicity-Franklin kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They were dealt a 65-9 loss at the hands of the Georgetown G-Men. The Cardinals have struggled against the G-Men recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

The win was the seventh in a row (dating back to last season) for Georgetown, bringing their record up to 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Felicity-Franklin will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bethel-Tate at 6:00 p.m. on December 11. As for Georgetown, they will face off against Williamsburg at 7:30 p.m. on December 4.
