Basketball Recap: Edon Comes Up Short

Edon fought the good fight in their overtime game against Edgerton on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Edgerton Bulldogs by a score of 46-44. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Bombers have suffered since January 26, 2024.

Edon's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Edgerton, their win bumped their record up to 10-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edon has already played their next matchup (against North Central), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Edgerton will square off against Fairview at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
