Soccer Recap: Union Local Comes Up Short

Union Local lost against Beaver Local on September 6th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Jets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Beavers. One thing that sure didn't help Union Local was the trouble they got from the refs, as Liam Roe and Landon Heisler were both handed red cards.

Union Local's loss dropped their record down to 9-4-1. As for Beaver Local, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.
