Maranatha Christian has gone a perfect 4-0 against O'Farrell Charter recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Eagles will host the Falcons at 7:00 p.m. Maranatha Christian is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last seven games.

Maranatha Christian's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They breezed past Mountain Empire to the tune of 41-0. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by 22 points or more this season.

Shane Piester had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 254 yards and three TDs while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also punching in one score on the ground. Another big playmaker for Maranatha Christian was Ryan Niguidula, who returned a punt for a touchdown.

Special teams also deserves some recognition, posting 17 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Niguidula, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask O'Farrell Charter). They took down Foothills Christian 38-23 on Friday.

Maranatha Christian better keep an eye on Dakobi Coleman. He was instrumental in O'Farrell Charter's win, rushing for 94 yards and one touchdown on only 12 carries, while also throwing for 146 yards and one TD.

Maranatha Christian's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for O'Farrell Charter, the win got them back to even at 4-4.
