Soccer Recap: Timberlake Christian Triumphs

After failing to score in their last contest, Timberlake Christian made sure to put some goals up on the board against Regents on Thursday. They never let the Lions get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. Abbey Cook was a massive factor in the win as she booted in four goals all by herself.

Timberlake Christian's victory bumped their record up to 6-3-3. As for Regents, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Timberlake Christian is set to challenge their familiar foe Virginia Episcopal School at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Regents will square off against rival The Covenant at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
