Basketball Recap: Carlisle Takes a Loss

Carlisle lost against Mt. Enterprise back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Carlisle Indians fell 47-39 to the Mt. Enterprise Wildcats. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mt. Enterprise's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tracey Thompson, who posted eight points and 12 rebounds. That's the most rebounds Thompson has posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kaegan Ash, who had 18 points and seven rebounds.

Carlisle's loss dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Mt. Enterprise, their record is now 4-12.

Carlisle will challenge Douglass at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Douglass will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Carlisle surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mt. Enterprise, they will face off against Alto at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
