After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mount Dora Christian Academy, Mount Dora was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They skirted past the South Lake Eagles 5-3. This was a revenge game for the Hurricanes: when they faced off against the Eagles back in February, they had to take a 8-4 loss.
KALEIGH CASEY spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on five hits and racked up 11 Ks.
