Soccer Game Preview: Orem vs. Uintah

The Orem Tigers will square off against the Uintah Utes at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Orem's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Things were looking good for Orem after they put the first goal on the board on Tuesday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell 3-1 to Mountain View.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Uintah). Their defense stepped up to hand Summit Academy a 13-0 shutout on Tuesday. Linda Langedijk was a massive factor in the win as she booted in four goals all by herself.

Orem's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Uintah, their win bumped their record up to 10-5.
