Lakewood had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. They blew past the Northridge Vikings 10-2. That's more bragging rights for the Lancers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lakewood will face off against Walsingham Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday. As for Northridge, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Watkins Memorial at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Warriors' pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so the Vikings' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
