Volleyball Recap: Punahou Comes Up Short in High-Profile Match with Kamehameha Kapalama

Punahou faced Kamehameha Kapalama in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Buff n' Blue lost 3-0 to the Warriors. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Buff n' Blue have suffered against the Warriors since September 24, 2024.

Punahou's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 16-14. As for Kamehameha Kapalama, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-8 record this season.
