Roosevelt has been on a difficult stretch since their win on January 17. They came up short against the South Gate Rams on Monday, falling 4-1. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Rough Riders couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Christopher Salas, who's now up to 14 this season.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12-4. As for South Gate, they pushed their record up to 15-5-3 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home.

Roosevelt does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Gate, they will square off against South East at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
