Basketball Game Preview: Syracuse Titans vs. Fremont Silverwolves

Syracuse is 2-8 against Fremont since February of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Syracuse Titans will take on the Fremont Silverwolves at 5:15 p.m. Syracuse is coming into the match hot, having won their last ten games.

Last Friday, Syracuse escaped with a win against Davis by the margin of a single free throw, 39-38.

Meanwhile, Fremont took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 61-34 victory over Weber. The Silverwolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 20 points or more this season.

Syracuse's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 17.5 points. As for Fremont, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-3.

Syracuse skirted past Fremont 43-41 when the teams last played back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Syracuse since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
