Baseball Recap: Jenks Comes Up Short

Jenks managed to slip by Southmoore the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Jenks Trojans lost 13-0 to the Southmoore SaberCats on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Trojans have suffered since April 30, 2024.

Jenks' defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Southmoore, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jenks will face off against Fayetteville at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Southmoore, they will host Norman North at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Norman North's pitching crew has only allowed two runs per game this season, so Southmoore's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
