McCrory is 8-2 against Carlisle since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Jaguars will challenge the Bison at 5:00 p.m. McCrory's pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so Carlisle's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

McCrory is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Riverside just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rebels. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Jaguars couldn't push the score so high this time.

Meanwhile, Carlisle unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of Mills University Studies by a score of 11-10.

Carlisle's defeat dropped their record down to 19-5. As for McCrory, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5.

Everything went McCrory's way against Carlisle in their previous meeting back in March, as McCrory made off with a 10-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Jaguars since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
