Prince George scored the most runs they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Dinwiddie Generals by a score of 13-12. The Royals haven't had much luck with the Generals recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Cash Warren and Gavin Landry did some serious damage despite the final result: Warren scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-5, while Landry went 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Warren also put up two doubles, which were his first of the season. Logan Heath was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.

Prince George's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Dinwiddie, their victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Prince George will challenge Colonial Heights at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Colonials' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Royals' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Dinwiddie, they will take on Monacan at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Generals are facing the Chiefs at the right time seeing as the Chiefs are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
