Basketball Game Preview: Colton Wildcats vs. St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse

Colton hasn't had much luck against St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Colton Wildcats just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse at 5:30 p.m. Colton has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Colton is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. Everything went their way against Rosalia on Friday as Colton made off with a 60-38 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Wildcats have posted since December 12, 2023.

Meanwhile, St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Garfield-Palouse 80-36. St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-21.

St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season. As for Colton, their win ended a 14-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-10.

Colton was taken down by St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse 67-38 in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Can Colton avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
