Volleyball Game Preview: Boone Braves vs. Colonial Grenadiers

The Boone Braves will take on the Colonial Grenadiers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Boone is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak.

Boone came up short against Poinciana Christian Preparatory on Wednesday, falling 3-0.

Boone was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-19, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Colonial lost 3-0 to West Orange on Wednesday. The Grenadiers have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

The final score came out to 25-22, 25-13, 25-22.

Boone's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Colonial, their loss dropped their record down to 6-13.

Boone came out on top in a nail-biter against Colonial in their previous matchup two weeks ago, sneaking past 2-1. Will the Braves repeat their success, or do the Grenadiers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
