Constantine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 64-34 loss at the hands of the Mendon Hornets. One positive for the Falcons, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Leading Mendon to victory were Owen Gorham and Ryder Gorham. Owen went 12 of 15 en route to 31 points along with seven boards and six assists, while Ryder dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 assists. The match was Ryder's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tristin Wood, who posted three points and five rebounds.

Constantine's record now sits at 0-6. As for Mendon, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Constantine will host Kalamazoo Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Constantine is facing Kalamazoo Christian at the right time seeing as Kalamazoo Christian is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Mendon, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Quincy at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
