Soccer Recap: St. Thomas More Comes Up Short

St. Thomas More was the 3-1 winner over Centennial when they last played one another back in August of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Sabers fell just short of the Chargers by a score of 1-0 on Monday.

St. Thomas More's loss dropped their record down to 10-6-2. As for Centennial, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. St. Thomas More will face off against Bloomington Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Centennial, they will square off against Normal West at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
