Basketball Recap: River Ridge Takes a Loss

River Ridge was the 67-56 winner over Pope when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The River Ridge Knights fell to the Pope Greyhounds 57-53. The Knights just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

River Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Pope, with the win, they broke their 11-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-13.

River Ridge will welcome Woodstock at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pope, they will venture away from home to square off against Creekview at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Creekview's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last ten games.
