Baseball Game Preview: Collaborative Education vs. Chelsea Lions

For the second week in a row, Collaborative Education is taking on Chelsea. Collaborative Education will head out to take on Chelsea at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Collaborative Education's offense. They came up short against Chelsea on Wednesday, falling 15-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Collaborative Education has suffered since April 16, 2024.

For Chelsea's part, Jasper Caruso made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out ten over four innings pitched. Caruso was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Riggs Retz, who scored two runs and stole five bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Benjamin Gillespie was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.

Collaborative Education suffered a grim 15-0 defeat to Chelsea in their previous meeting on Wednesday. Can Collaborative Education avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
