Basketball Game Preview: Altamont Indians vs. Patoka Warriors

Altamont is 7-2 against Patoka since January of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Altamont Indians will host the Patoka Warriors at 7:00 p.m. Altamont will be strutting in after a victory while Patoka will be coming in after a loss.

Last Friday, Altamont earned a 60-49 win over Marshall. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Kade Milleville continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double with 19 points and ten rebounds. His evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. Zaine Miller was another key player, putting up 12 points and six boards.

Meanwhile, Patoka ended up a good deal behind Webber on Friday and lost 67-53. The defeat continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Trojans: they've now lost six in a row.

Altamont's victory bumped their record up to 18-12. As for Patoka, their loss dropped their record down to 9-17.

Everything came up roses for Altamont against Patoka when the teams last played back in January of 2022, as the team secured a 69-31 win. In that matchup, Altamont amassed a halftime lead of 37-12, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Monday.
