Football Game Preview: Mililani Trojans vs. Kahuku Red Raiders + Official Tickets

Mililani hasn't had much luck against Kahuku recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Trojans will square off against the Red Raiders at 7:30 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Mililani is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Hawaii's top teams: Leilehua, who was ranked 15th at the time (Mililani was ranked fourth). The Trojans simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Mighty Mules 48-7. The win was familiar territory for the Trojans, who have now won three contests in a row.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kahuku). They breezed past Farrington to the tune of 71-7 on Saturday. The Red Raiders haven't had any issues with the Governors recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Mililani's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Kahuku, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.

Mililani couldn't quite finish off Kahuku when the teams last played back in November of 2024 and fell 8-6. Can the Trojans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
