Lamar is 8-2 against Seneca since October of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Tigers will take on the Indians at 7:00 p.m. Lamar will be strutting in after a victory while Seneca will be coming in after a loss.

Lamar barely beat Cassville the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Tigers blew past the Wildcats 3-0 on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Lamar took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-15, 25-8.

Meanwhile, Seneca was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hillcrest.

Lamar's win bumped their record up to 15-4-2. As for Seneca, their loss dropped their record down to 4-15-1.

Everything went Lamar's way against Seneca in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Lamar made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
