Softball Recap: South Lafourche Tarpons vs. L.W. Higgins Hurricanes
South Lafourche's game on Wednesday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. Everything went their way against the L.W. Higgins Hurricanes as the South Lafourche Tarpons made off with a 21-11 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for South Lafourche considering their one-run performance the contest before.
Reece Montez was a standout: she went 3-for-3 with a home run, three runs, and three RBI. Conner Felarise was another key contributor, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while going 4-for-4.
