Basketball Recap: Woden Comes Up Short

Woden lost against Grace Community back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Woden Eagles were dealt a 78-42 loss at the hands of the Grace Community Cougars. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Woden now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Grace Community, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-6.

Woden wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 52-39 win against Garrison on the 17th. As for Grace Community, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 84-60 victory against Kemp on the 16th.
