Archbishop Shaw extended their postseason success on Friday against Vandebilt Catholic. They never let the Terriers get on the board and left with a 27-0 victory. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by 24 points or more this season.

The win was the third in a row for Archbishop Shaw, bringing their record up to 9-4. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 4.3 points on average over those games. As for Vandebilt Catholic, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-2.

Looking ahead, Archbishop Shaw will take on St. Charles Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Comets have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games. Vandebilt Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
