Jack Wheaton posted a new career-low in hits on Thursday. He kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over seven innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
