Baseball Recap: Gulf Coast Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Gulf Coast fell victim to Western and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. The game marked the first time this season in which the Sharks were not able to get on the board.

Gulf Coast's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-11. As for Western, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gulf Coast will square off against Bonita Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Western, they will challenge Coral Springs Charter at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
