Glenbrook South had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Vernon Hills Cougars. The Titans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cougars, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Glenbrook South took both sets by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-11.

Will Elias paced Glenbrook South's offense, picking up seven kills. Elias got some help from Anand Khatanbaatar and his 22 assists. Zolboo Erdene controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Glenbrook South pushed their record up to 20-11 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Vernon Hills, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-25 record this season.
