St. John's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to DeMatha on Saturday. The Cadets put the hurt on the Bishop McNamara Mustangs with a sharp 28-7 win. Considering the Cadets have won four contests by more than 20 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

St. John's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Bishop McNamara, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. St. John's is set to challenge their familiar foe Gonzaga at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Bishop McNamara will square off against rival Our Lady of Good Counsel at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
